Hastings Thrives are running songwriting sessions at the wonderful Sensoftplay sessions in Ore on Saturdays, with core funding from Youth Music. These sessions are led by Annie and Gaston Goliath who have over 20 years experiene working with young people with autism.
After long delays, due to Covid, we finally managed our first stage of science teacher training in Hastings. Six schools from Hastings particated for the day, with the session led by Jacky Cross. Twinkle Ansar’s song Deep Waters, written for our Sea Of Dreams course, has made it to the Song Academy top 10 finalists in the age category 8 – 12yrs. Well done Twinkle for your haunting and inspiring song for the environment.
